Digital Advertising Specialist

MP&F is seeking a detail-oriented digital advertising and media buying professional. Qualified candidates will have at least three years of experience running paid campaigns across search and social platforms including Google, Facebook, Instagram, etc.; will have familiarity with lead generation and email marketing; and will understand foundations of SEO. Responsibilities to include managing multiple client advertising campaigns; developing digital ad campaign strategies; recommending and tracking budgets; placing ads; tracking and analyzing campaigns; optimizing campaigns for performance metrics and budget requirements; assisting account staff with making recommendations to clients; integrating and tracking performance across channels including search, display, social and email; using data to identify, build and segment audiences; and ensuring the latest paid search/social innovations are applied. Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Blueprint certifications a plus. The position is full time, and health insurance and parking are provided.

Accounting Specialist

MP&F is seeking an accountant with at least two years of accounting experience. A degree in accounting or related field preferred. Responsibilities to include working with our CFO to manage the financial side of our business; performing all accounts payable functions; processing payroll for 70-person firm; preparing, processing and recording all deposits to bank accounts; preparing weekly cash reports; managing company credit cards; and filing annual report with the state and workers’ comp annual audit.

Internship
The intern program offers college juniors, seniors and graduate students experience in writing, media pitching and event planning, among other tasks, while being assigned to specific client teams. Paid internships are available during the fall, spring and summer semesters. Students applying for a fall or spring internship must be able to dedicate at least 20 hours a week. Students applying for a summer internship must be able to work full time. The application deadlines are October 31 (Spring), March 15 (Summer) and July 15 (Fall).

Diversity Fellowship Program

The Diversity Fellowship Program offers college seniors, recent graduates and graduate students from diverse backgrounds the opportunity to gain experience in public relations, marketing and digital media. Diversity fellows participate in guided mentorship and professional development while working on client teams to hone communications skills such as research, writing and social media management. Fellows will work 30 to 40 hours/week for up to six months.

Our entry-level position for recent college grads (out of school for a year or less) is staff associate. As a staff associate, you’ll work with and learn from some of the best communications professionals in the business. Staff associate tasks include writing, event planning, print and digital media monitoring for clients, media pitching, research, and more. We interview for these positions year round.
