Agency Marketing Manager

MP&F is seeking a persuasive and goal-oriented individual to build and lead the execution of our in-house marketing efforts. The Agency Marketing Manager will work in collaboration with others in the firm, including partners, senior and junior staffers, and outside consultants as needed. This individual will have superior project/program management skills and will use content marketing strategies and other digital-first tactics to tackle marketing on behalf of the agency’s business development efforts.

Senior Marketing Data Analyst

MP&F is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to supervise the building of marketing dashboards and analyses of marketing, advertising and PR campaigns and offer strategic insights and craft reports and campaign improvements based on an understanding of data, marketing tactics and clients’ business objectives. The Senior Data Analyst is a skillful manager and communicator who faces clients and leads teams of other analysts as well as media buyers, account staff and creative team members. 

Responsibilities will include:
Lead data-driven marketing teams and campaigns.
Manage workflow and coach junior team members on the data and marketing team.
Develop an analysis or testing strategy based on questions or hypotheses presented by account teams or clients.
Work with client teams and client contacts to iterate on work based on data analyses.
Develop campaign analytics and audience strategies to better profile and engage with prospects at all points along the marketing funnel.
Review end to end campaign results along the marketing funnel, from digital reach/visits and responses, to leads and wins, making recommendations which will help to improve marketing performance.
Conduct custom analyses through extracting response, sales opportunities, and other marketing data directly from platform and client data, then analyzing, developing insights, and summarizing findings for our marketing clients and teams.
Work with teams to develop dashboards, visualizations, automations and other forms of measuring success and understanding of campaign performance.
Support business development efforts by bringing in new business and developing connections with existing clients and other account leads.

Qualified candidates will have 8-plus years in marketing data or related field; fluency in standard marketing and advertising analytics and platforms; and the ability to extract and analyze data, identify insights and summarize findings to clients and account team members who are not data analysts themselves.

Accounting Specialist

MP&F is seeking an accounting specialist with a degree in accounting or related field. Responsibilities include working with our CFO to manage the financial side of our business; leading the firm’s accounts payable function; preparing weekly cash reports; assisting with monthly billing on an as needed basis; managing company credit cards; tracking department expenses versus budget; subcontract, letter of agreement and other ad hoc monthly reporting, and reconciling assigned general ledger accounts. Digital Advertising Specialist

MP&F is seeking a detail-oriented digital advertising and media buying professional. Qualified candidates will have at least three years of experience running paid campaigns across search and social platforms including Google, Facebook, Instagram, etc.; will have familiarity with lead generation and email marketing; and will understand foundations of SEO.

Responsibilities to include managing multiple client advertising campaigns; developing digital ad campaign strategies; recommending and tracking budgets; placing ads; tracking and analyzing campaigns; optimizing campaigns for performance metrics and budget requirements; assisting account staff with making recommendations to clients; integrating and tracking performance across channels including search, display, social and email; using data to identify, build and segment audiences; and ensuring the latest paid search/social innovations are applied.

Graphic Designer

MP&F is looking for a graphic designer with at least three years of experience to join our award-winning creative services team. As a designer, you will be responsible for the creative execution of communication campaigns across multiple channels and platforms – including, but not limited to, print, digital and video. This job requires collaboration with fellow designers and with account teams to design award-winning content for a variety of clients. The ideal candidate for this position will have an established portfolio that showcases excellent branding capabilities, experience developing and executing print and digital ads, email marketing, social media, and web design. 

Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and WordPress is required. Must be able to juggle multiple projects/timelines with attention to detail and a positive attitude.

Director of Advertising

The director of Advertising grows revenue for the agency through paid media buys – via new accounts as well as additions to existing business; development of media team capabilities and expertise; allocation, planning, tracking and optimization of media spend; and coordination of fully integrated, multichannel campaigns.

The director expands the agency’s capabilities by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the fully integrated media landscape and a fluency in advertising and marketing analytics to guide decision-making and measure performance. The director manages a team of media buyers to coordinate media planning efforts in collaboration with account supervisors and other service line directors, including creative services, digital engagement and integrated marketing.

The Diversity Fellowship Program offers college seniors, recent graduates and graduate students from diverse backgrounds the opportunity to gain experience in public relations, marketing and digital media. Diversity fellows participate in guided mentorship and professional development while working on client teams to hone communications skills such as research, writing and social media management. Fellows will work 30 to 40 hours/week for up to six months.
