Entry-level account position
Our entry-level position for recent college grads (out of school for a year or less) is staff associate. As a staff associate, you’ll work with and learn from some of the best communications professionals in the business. Staff associate tasks include writing, event planning, print and digital media monitoring for clients, media pitching, research, and more. We interview for these positions year round.
Accounts Receivable & Billing Manager
MP&F is seeking an accounts receivable and billing manager with a degree in accounting or related field. Responsibilities include: oversee and complete entire monthly billing process for firm’s clients (print and distribute pre-bills, make bill edits, and send final bills to clients) in order to get bills out accurately and timely, post and edit staff time entries, enter hard cost expenses to be passed through to client bills, apply and calculate markup and placement fees to appropriate client bills, create and send on demand bills as necessary, enter and post employee charges, receive and deposit checks to appropriate account and post receipts to client bills, run monthly A/R report and follow up on outstanding balances, enter new clients into billing system and set them up as necessary with correct the billing agreement and billing rates, perform billing database maintenance as necessary to ensure proper reporting, track monthly billed fees and revenue, run ad-hoc reports as requested, and recommend process improvements to MP&F’s A/R function. This position is full-time and health insurance and parking are provided.
Digital Advertising Specialist
MP&F is seeking a detail-oriented digital advertising and media buying professional. Qualified candidates will have at least three years of experience running paid campaigns across search and social platforms including Google, Facebook, Instagram, etc.; will have familiarity with lead generation and email marketing; and will understand foundations of SEO. Responsibilities to include managing multiple client advertising campaigns; developing digital ad campaign strategies; recommending and tracking budgets; placing ads; tracking and analyzing campaigns; optimizing campaigns for performance metrics and budget requirements; assisting account staff with making recommendations to clients; integrating and tracking performance across channels including search, display, social and email; using data to identify, build and segment audiences; and ensuring the latest paid search/social innovations are applied. Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Blueprint certifications a plus. The position is full time, and health insurance and parking are provided.
MP&F is looking for a graphic designer with at least three years of experience to join our award-winning creative services team. As a designer, you will be responsible for the creative execution of communication campaigns across multiple channels and platforms – including, but not limited to, print, digital and video. This job requires collaboration with fellow designers and with account teams to design award-winning content for a variety of clients. The ideal candidate for this position will have an established portfolio that showcases excellent branding capabilities, experience developing and executing print and digital ads, email marketing, social media, and web design.
Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and WordPress is required. Must be able to juggle multiple projects/timelines with attention to detail and a positive attitude.
Experience with Hubspot, Drupal, Figma, HTML, CSS, and PHP a plus. The position is full time, and health insurance and parking are provided.

Associate Media Buyer
Our associate media buyer will help manage the administration of media plans, including budgets, billing, and plan optimization and reporting with regard to those plans. Additionally, they will conduct target audience research, assist in developing media strategies and tactics, and launch campaigns (including trafficking, tagging and QA). They will also have opportunities to plan and buy media across tactics, including traditional (out-of-home, print, radio, TV) and digital (display, video, paid social, paid search) vehicles. The position is full time, and health insurance and parking are provided.
MP&F is looking for a UX Designer to join our award-winning creative services team. This position will work across various client teams to research and define user-experience problems and needs, proactively initiate the design process, deliver customer-centric design while influencing stakeholders and positively impacting customer experiences. The ideal candidate is a collaborative problem-solver and self-learner with a knack for business metrics and the ability to translate company goals and objectives into digital experiences.
Director of Advertising
The director of Advertising grows revenue for the agency through paid media buys – via new accounts as well as additions to existing business; development of media team capabilities and expertise; allocation, planning, tracking and optimization of media spend; and coordination of fully integrated, multichannel campaigns.
The director expands the agency’s capabilities by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the fully integrated media landscape and a fluency in advertising and marketing analytics to guide decision-making and measure performance. The director manages a team of media buyers to coordinate media planning efforts in collaboration with account supervisors and other service line directors, including creative services, digital engagement and integrated marketing.
The director will have a minimum of eight years of experience managing teams and serving in leadership roles at advertising/marketing/strategic communications agencies.

The Diversity Fellowship Program offers college seniors, recent graduates and graduate students from diverse backgrounds the opportunity to gain experience in public relations, marketing and digital media. Diversity fellows participate in guided mentorship and professional development while working on client teams to hone communications skills such as research, writing and social media management. Fellows will work 30 to 40 hours/week for up to six months.
