Tiffany Carpenter is a principal at MP+F, where she leads the firm’s East Tennessee operations and provides strategic counsel in public relations, marketing, reputation management and crisis communications. With more than 30 years of experience spanning agency, higher education and sports communications, Tiffany helps organizations navigate complex challenges, strengthen their brands and engage key audiences.
Prior to joining MP+F, Tiffany served as vice president for communications and marketing for the University of Tennessee System, where she led statewide communications and marketing efforts for one of the nation’s largest public university systems. During her tenure, she launched the award-winning “Everywhere You Look, UT” grassroots marketing campaign, helping increase statewide visibility and public trust. Earlier in her career, Tiffany helped launch the NHL’s Nashville Predators franchise and held leadership positions with the University of Tennessee Foundation and UT Athletics. She has also provided communications counsel to clients in healthcare, technology and sports throughout the Southeast.
Tiffany earned a bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and an MBA from the University of Tennessee at Martin. She was recognized as one of Knoxville’s “40 Under 40” and was named Public Relations Alumnus of the Year by the University of Tennessee College of Communication and Information.
