Lauren Fitzharris joined MP+F as a marketing coordinator after completing an internship with the agency in 2025. She graduated from Connecticut College in May 2026 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology and gender and women’s studies, with a concentration in media, rhetoric and communication.
Prior to MP+F, Lauren completed a social media marketing internship at tech company Justworks, where she supported content creation and organic social strategy. Her studies in psychology and gender gave her a deep appreciation for the complexity of human behavior and a passion for finding the unique story in every person and brand she works with.
At Connecticut College, Lauren was a member of the Division III women’s swimming and diving team, earning NESCAC All-Academic honors in 2024 and 2025. She also served as an elected representative on the college’s Honor Council.
