Grace Lappenga joined MP+F as an account coordinator in June 2026, shortly after graduating magna cum laude from Belmont University with a B.A. degree in public relations/media and entertainment industries.
Grace built her PR experience through internships with Belmont’s Department of Marketing and Communications and Parthenon PR. At Parthenon, she worked with a variety of hospitality clients, including restaurants and hotels, as well as leading a project with Brighten Up, a local nonprofit that delivers bouquets to widows on Valentine’’s Day. At Belmont, she also served as vice president of Chapter Development for Phi Mu, sat on the 2025 Orientation Council welcoming over 2,000 new students to campus, and earned her PRSSA Certificate in Principles of Public Relations.
