David Yunker has been a member of the MP+F team since 2018, when he joined as the agency’s first front-end web developer.
He has created websites and developed digital solutions for a diverse range of clients including PMC, the Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce, the Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development, United Way of Greater Nashville, the U.S. Department of Labor’s Job Corps program, Boyle Investment Company, and ADS Security.
David has 20 years of experience in the digital space, including as a web developer at Nashville-based QuaverEd (formerly QuaverMusic.com), where he worked on the company’s communications and training web development efforts. Prior to his role at Quaver, he spent 11 years with The Tennessean in various positions, including copy editor, online content coordinator, homepage editor, chief producer, digital planning editor and digital producer, and was a member of the Pulitzer Prize finalist team from the paper for its coverage of the May 2010 flood.
A native of Bartlett, Tennessee, David has lived in Nashville since graduating magna cum laude from the University of Missouri–Columbia with a Bachelor of Journalism degree. He is also a graduate of Nashville Software School.
