MP+F Principal Courtenay Rossi is a former national broadcast journalist with deep experience managing large-scale federal accounts and complex government initiatives. Since 2004, she has guided countless clients through the intricacies of communications strategy, overseeing nationwide advertising, marketing and recruitment campaigns, social media programs, web design, conference and event execution, and internal and external communications for major federal agencies.
Before joining MP+F, Courtenay spent 15 years in television journalism, including as a producer with NBC News in Washington, D.C., where she covered the White House, the 2000 presidential campaign, and other high-profile assignments for “Nightly News,” “Today” and special projects. Her background gives her unique insight into navigating both the fast-paced media landscape and the complexities of government bureaucracy.
A Washington, D.C.-area native, Courtenay graduated cum laude from Wellesley College and received a master’s degree from the Graduate School of Journalism at Columbia University.
