Caroline Powell joined MP+F in 2025 following her graduation from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. She graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in communication and minors in advertising/public relations, graphic design and honors leadership studies. Caroline also served as a member of the PRSSA Bateman Team, the annual competition team among universities that creates and implements a full PR campaign for a client.
During her time at UT, Caroline completed an agency internship at Tombras, supporting the organic social team on brands like Apartments.com and a host of Kellanova brands such as Club Cracker and Nutri-Grain Bar. She also interned at Purple Strategies, a reputation-management firm that specializes in utilizing political strategy in a communications setting.
