Ansley Pennington joined MP+F as an account coordinator after interning with the team during the summer of 2025. She graduated from Western Kentucky University in May 2025 with a degree in strategic marketing.
Before joining MP+F, Ansley completed a marketing-focused internship at United Way of Greater Nashville, where she discovered her passion for nonprofit work.
During her time at WKU, Ansley served as Recruitment co-director for Phi Mu in 2024 and was involved in Women in Business throughout all four years of college. Ansley also earned certifications in Digital Marketing and Consumer Behavior.
