Allie Knapp joined MP+F in 2026 after nearly five years of experience in marketing, event management and community engagement.
Prior to joining MP+F, she served as events and marketing manager at Junior Achievement of Middle Tennessee, where she increased social media engagement by more than 30% and grew event revenue by 47% during her first year. During her tenure, Allie managed and promoted several of the organization’s marquee events, including the JA Nashville Business Hall of Fame and Backstage at BizTown, while helping raise more than half a million dollars annually to support Junior Achievement’s mission. Allie also served as a marketing consultant with Aperture Group, supporting the firm through strategic marketing planning, content development and brand management.
