
KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (August 31, 2026) – MP+F Principal Tiffany Carpenter has been selected for the Leadership Knoxville Class of 2027, one of East Tennessee’s premier leadership development programs.
The flagship program was established in 1984 to help connect and develop leaders and instill positive change in the city and beyond. Leadership Knoxville brings together leaders from across business, government, education and nonprofit sectors to deepen their understanding of the issues shaping Knoxville and East Tennessee while building stronger community connections. Carpenter will participate in this ten-month immersive program alongside 60 fellow leaders.
Carpenter was selected in recognition of her professional achievements and leadership in East Tennessee. She leads MP+F’s Knoxville office location, providing clients strategic counsel in public relations, marketing, reputation management and crisis communications. With more than 30 years of experience spanning agency, higher education and sports communications, she has helped organizations navigate complex challenges, strengthen their brands and engage key audiences.
