Rebranding a 110-year old company


Project Scope

Recognized for excellence since 1912, STV stands as an award-winning professional firm consistently ranked among the top companies in various facets of transportation infrastructure. They reached out to MP&F to help usher their brand into a new era. After 40 customer interviews, 1,600 employees engaged and 55 focus groups, we distilled everything into a completely new look and feel. We wanted to honor the company’s more than 110-year legacy yet emphasize change and growth as they bridge into the future. In addition to introducing the new brand identity, we directed a realignment of their core values, purpose and mission statements. We also helped to streamline their internal communications and produced digital, social and print assets to help incorporate their new messaging both internally and externally.
