To help drive move-ins and ensure seniors and their loved ones understand the care options available for them, ISL hired MP&F to develop a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy.
As ISL’s agency of record, our purview covers it all. We use an integrated, data-driven approach to communications. Our strategy is tailored to each community’s needs and budget and includes digital and direct mail advertising, social media, media relations, and 24/7 crisis communications support.
With an independent ownership structure – locally owned communities supported by national management – we worked to build a better system to support the community level while maintaining the overall brand.
MP&F developed a graphic marketplace so that communities have access to materials to achieve their local goals.
We manage community websites and have a robust system in place to keep the sites up to date and cohesive.
