Self-install, online home monitoring kits were stealing market share from our client ADS Security. Our job was to protect them by reminding consumers that there’s no substitute for live, in-person security experts who can recommend, install and monitor the right systems for homes and businesses. Especially when their safety is the end result.
MP&F used data analytics to create buyer profiles identifying potential customers most qualified for an ADS system. Creative focused on digital advertising including social media, search and email. We then optimized the website and landing pages for organic search and user experience so that incoming leads had a positive interaction with the ADS brand after initial messaging. We also helped ADS pinpoint the best opportunities to expand their footprint through acquisition based on data proprietary to the security industry and their key performance indicators.
In less than a year, we were able to lower advertising cost per conversion by 79% on social media ads and 33% on Google search ads through platform targeting and creative optimizations.
