The Grove Showcases Fall Festival of Homes

By MP&F Staff

The Grove, a lifestyle community in southern Williamson County featuring a Greg Norman Signature Golf Course, will be showcasing several homes during its Fall Festival of Homes, Oct. 10 to 26. Tickets can be purchased at www.groveliving.com. All proceeds from ticket sales will benefit two charities – Happy Tales Humane and The First Tee of Nashville. Anyone searching for ideas about how to make their house look like a million bucks can get design and decorating tips from seven of the region’s top home builders during the Fall Festival of Homes at The Grove.

The Grove, Middle Tennessee’s newest golf community, located south of Franklin in College Grove, is opening its gates and inviting the public inside seven just-completed luxury homes.

Homes in the community are priced from the high $700,000s to more than $1 million. But even if they aren’t in the market for a house in that range, visitors can get tips for their own new home or decorating project, said Mark Enderle, a partner in Terra Verde, the company developing the community.

“Even if they’re not thinking of moving, people can look for clues about what they can do for their own house, upgrading kitchens and bathrooms,” he said.
