New MAPCO MobilePay App Leverages PayPal To Pay At Pump

Recently, Brentwood-based MAPCO Express, Inc., launched MAPCO MobilePay App which, based on a partnership with PayPal, allows consumers to use their smartphones to pay for their gas. MAPCO is the first of its competitors to launch a mobile app with these capabilities. The app was designed to enhance the customer experience – by using the app to pay at the pump and integrating MY Rewards, the company’s rewards program, consumers can save up to 5 cents per gallon when using MobilePay with PayPal. Ronald McDonald House Charities of Nashville will host its fourth annual Hustle for the House 5K and McDonald’s of Middle Tennessee and Southern Kentucky 1-Mile Fun Run presented by Jackson on Sept. 20. If, as they say, a picture is worth a thousand words, then doesn’t it make sense to plan visuals for your social media stream? I can see a marked increase in engagement in my own blogs and Facebook posts when I use a photo or share a graphic. Often, the visual makes the first impression and draws the reader into the written story.
