Ansley Pennington joined MP&F as an account coordinator after interning with the team during the summer of 2025. She graduated from Western Kentucky University in May 2025 with a degree in strategic marketing.

Before joining MP&F, Ansley completed a marketing-focused internship at United Way of Greater Nashville, where she discovered her passion for nonprofit work.

During her time at WKU, Ansley served as co-Recruitment director for Phi Mu in 2024 and was involved in Women in Business throughout all four years of college. Ansley also earned certifications in Digital Marketing and Consumer Behavior.

Outside of work, Ansley loves watching movies, spending time with family and friends, and exploring new spots in Nashville.
