Allie Seltz joined MP&F as a marketing coordinator in 2025. A Nashville native, she earned her master’s degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville’s Tombras School of Advertising and Public Relations. During that time, she also served as a graduate teaching and research assistant, where she assisted teaching a social media strategy course and sharpened skills in content creation, analytics and leadership. She also contributed to UT’s Purpose Project, a campus initiative that sought to bridge the gap between industry and academia, connecting business and community leaders, key stakeholders, academics and students to support purpose goals through effective communication. Her work helped translate faculty research into practical insights. These experiences fueled her passion for strategic and analytical thinking, as well as utilizing data and research to guide creative decisions.
She previously interned with Tombras in Knoxville, gaining hands-on experience in social media copywriting, photography, videography and transforming creative concepts into digital content. As an undergraduate, Allie served as director of public relations and marketing for her sorority Delta Delta Delta, leading a creative team, managing social media, and boosting visibility for recruitment and philanthropy events. She also interned with Market Retrievers, a Nashville boutique firm, creating content for a wide range of clients.
Allie is an active member of the PRSA Nashville chapter. Outside of the office, she finds joy in all styles of dance, exploring local coffee shops and cooking nutritious new recipes.
