NASHVILLE, Tenn. (August 21, 2025) – Nashville-based independent agency, MP&F, has added four top leaders to its ranks and has welcomed 11 new client accounts thus far in 2025.

Tim Nott has been named the vice president of Finance at MP&F, bringing 15 years of international finance and commercial leadership experience across the media, health care and construction sectors. Prior to MP&F, Tim held senior finance roles at Paynter Dixon Construction, International SOS and Fox Networks Group, where he helped drive strategic initiatives around profitability, reporting transformation and internal controls. He began his career at KPMG, working with multinational clients on audit, SOX compliance and advisory services.

Jamie Keller joins as the director of Advertising Strategy after more than 15 years of experience in marketing strategy, digital marketing and team development. Jamie joined from Nexstar Media Group, where she led a sales enablement strategy that resulted in a 41% year-over-year increase in programmatic OTT/CTV revenue. There she developed sales playbooks and provided coaching to top markets, contributing to consistent revenue growth. She has led successful campaigns at the local, regional, statewide and national levels, tailoring strategies to meet the unique needs of each market, including strategies for HCA Health TriStar Division, Tennessee Highway Safety Office, Southern Illinois University and Marshall University.

Savanna Howie joins as account director. As a former PR and Corporate Communications manager for the Tennessee Titans, Howie brings deep expertise in public relations. Her background also includes time at Nashville agency GS&F, where she worked on brands like Bridgestone, Nashville Predators and Nashville Super Speedway.

Carlos Alfonso has been tapped as a senior digital marketing strategist to join the agency’s media team. Alfonso has led initiatives for major national brands including Nissan, Chevrolet, and FEMA, with a focus on engaging multicultural audiences. He has worked in both account management and digital media planning roles at agencies in Nashville and remotely and honed those media planning and buying skills at iHeartMedia working on national and local clients.

Thus far in 2025, the agency has added 11 new clients to its roster and has grown its existing accounts organically. That amounts to a steady stream of new business for the nearly 40-year-old agency and includes partnerships with the Tennessee Entertainment Commission, growth within the University of Tennessee System and its different campuses and the addition of the Nashville Mayor’s WeGo proposal.

“We are proud to continue to grow our business and strengthen our leadership team,” said Knight Stivender, MP&F partner and co-owner. “We’re writing the next chapter in our agency’s growth trajectory, and aligned with our vision for the future, we’re setting out to accomplish ambitious goals. This team in place is helping us do just that.”
