Mary Elizabeth Davis is an innovative leader with extensive experience developing and executing creative strategy that delivers award-winning results for clients.

Mary Elizabeth, who was named partner in 2020, joined MP&F in 2017 as the agency’s first director of creative services. In that role, she led an award-winning team of designers and developers in creating campaigns on behalf of MP&F’s 100-plus clients, such as Nissan North America, Asurion, Log Still Distillery, the U.S. Department of Labor’s Job Corps program, Tennessee Whiskey Trail, Saban Center and the City of Tuscaloosa. During her time as director of creative services, Mary Elizabeth grew the department’s revenue by 86%, nearly doubled the staff in the department, built the agency’s branding strategy, and added UX design and front-end web development to its capabilities. Her work has garnered MP&F countless awards from the Public Relations Society of America, American Advertising Federation and the International Association of Business Communicators. Mary Elizabeth is a member of the Nashville Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 Class of 2020.

Prior to joining MP&F, Mary Elizabeth was the managing editor at Southern Living magazine. There she directed brand operations and editorial content for Southern Living and Coastal Living.

Outside of her work at MP&F, Mary Elizabeth serves on boards or committees for St. Cecilia Academy, Adventure Science Center and the Human Trafficking Survivors Court Foundation. She is a member of the American Advertising Federation of Nashville, American Marketing Association and AIGA Nashville.

Mary Elizabeth is a Nashville native. She graduated from Spring Hill College in Mobile, Ala., with a degree in graphic design and was an active member of the women’s tennis team.
