Eric Tieles bridges creative thinking with strategic message development to provide senior counsel to local, regional and national clients in industries including education, health care and information technology. As a senior manager of the company’s largest client, the U.S. Department of Labor’s Job Corps program, he helps oversee nationwide marketing, advertising and communications initiatives targeted toward low-income 16- through 24-year-olds and their parents, community leaders, and employers.

Additionally, he provides branding, content development, and digital communications strategy and advertising support to a variety of client teams, including Austin Peay State University, the Tennessee Valley Authority, Realtracs and Hands On Nashville. He also oversees recruiting and hiring for the company’s intern program.

Outside the office, Eric is a member of the Nashville chapter of the Public Relations Society of America and Nashville chapter of the American Marketing Association. Eric graduated from Auburn University with a bachelor’s degree in journalism and a minor in marketing.
