Erin Penny, a native of Lakeland, Fla., joined MP&F as an executive assistant in February 2005. She was previously the executive administrative assistant for the Metropolitan Government of Nashville/Davidson County, Fair Board Division for more than six years, and was also a sales team leader with the Target Corporation. Erin attended Middle Tennessee State University.
