Emily Costanzo joined MP&F in 2024 as an account supervisor, bringing extensive public affairs and strategic communications experience to the agency. Emily is a seasoned communicator who spent nearly a decade in Washington, D.C. She held senior communications roles for the U.S. Senate and in the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, where she crafted messages and strategies to navigate high-profile and often contentious issues.

Emily’s work has been featured by outlets and publications of all sizes, from local news stations to the New York Times. Her background includes public affairs, speechwriting, crisis communications, earned media strategies and thought leadership. At heart, Emily is an avid storyteller and is eager to help MP&F’s clients share their stories with audiences that matter.

Emily is a Kentucky native and University of Tennessee alumna. Outside of work, she can be found cheering on the Vols, exploring New England beach towns or searching for the best Caesar salad in Nashville.
