Caroline Kannapell joined MP&F as an assistant account executive in June 2024. She graduated from Penn State University in May 2023 with a B.A. degree in advertising and a double minor in psychology and business fundamentals.

While at Penn State, Caroline wrote monthly lifestyle articles for Her Campus, the national media outlet network written for and by college women. Additionally, she volunteered and fundraised for THON, the largest student-run philanthropic organization committed to enhancing the lives of families impacted by childhood cancer.

Caroline gained digital marketing experience in both agency and in-house roles. At Red Letter Communications in Nashville, she worked as a digital content manager, overseeing a diverse portfolio of clients like STIHL and providing tailored marketing solutions. For PBS, she conducted research and leveraged VOD platforms to drive users to PBS streaming channels.

Out of the office, Caroline can be found at $6 movie night, cooking new recipes or watching Penn State football.
