The MP&F Innovation Lab is a strategic space, both literal and conceptual, designed to encourage experimentation, cross-functional collaboration and new ways of thinking.
The MP&F Innovation Lab is designed to benefit our clients, both directly and indirectly. This could look like new ways to leverage data and AI, more intuitive digital experiences, fun and exciting new ways to engage with stakeholders, the building of new vendor relationships, and many more concepts we’ve yet to imagine.
The ideas and breakthroughs generated will inevitably shape the strategies, campaigns and results we deliver. By encouraging this kind of structured experimentation, we ensure our clients stay ahead of trends and competition.
And for our team, the Innovation Lab provides room for creative thinkers to explore what’s possible when external constraints are temporarily removed from the equation.

Success in the MP&F Innovation Lab is not measured by deliverables alone, but by momentum.

Looking Ahead
We’ve been sly as foxes concepting, dreaming and carefully crafting in our den. And very soon, we’ll move our first MP&F Innovation Lab concept into execution.
Coming soon: A new digital platform designed to simplify how senior living communities get the marketing tools they need. And as we move forward, the MP&F Innovation Lab will continue to be innovative (it’s in the name …). But the goal will remain the same: to go above and beyond—to innovate, explore and redefine what’s possible.
