Advertising Project Coordinator

Advertising Project Coordinator

MP&F is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative professional to join our Advertising team as an Advertising Project Coordinator. This role is dedicated to bridging the advertising team with the rest of the agency, ensuring alignment, clarity, and efficiency across projects. You’ll play a critical part in connecting strategy, creative development, and media placement by helping teams prioritize, coordinate, and execute campaigns that deliver impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a liaison between the Advertising team and cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
  • Partner with creative leads, marketing strategists and media planners to determine whether placements should inform asset development—or whether existing assets should drive placement decisions.
  • Collaborate with team leads to advise on schedules, dependencies, and requirements.
  • Help document requirements, decisions, and processes for the benefit of both the advertising team and partner teams.
  • Proactively clarify ambiguous requests and work with stakeholders to refine objectives.
  • Manage deliverables and deadlines for multiple advertising campaigns. Maintain advertising projects within MP&Fs project management system.
  • Contribute to a culture of collaboration and problem-solving.

Qualifications

  • Degree in advertising or marketing. Internship experience at advertising or marketing agency(ies) preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organization and process management skills with a focus on documentation and follow-through.
  • Organized and able to manage priorities across multiple clients and concurrent advertising projects.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and the initiative to question and improve processes.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity through collaboration.
  • Knowledge of advertising workflows, including creative development and media placement, is a plus but not required.
