Nashville High-Rise Welcomes New Staffers

SoBroChicago-based Magellan Development Group has hired Steve Navarrete and Kala Geers as leasing agents and Katie Eadler as administrative assistant at The SoBro, downtown Nashville’s luxury rental apartment high-rise.

Navarrete is a Nashville native with both leasing and sales experience. His background is in customer service, retail and telecommunications.

Geers is a native of Dallas, Texas, with experience in customer service and sales. She worked as a leasing consultant at Lincoln Property Company in Dallas before moving to Nashville to expand her residential real estate expertise.

Eadler, a Nashville native, received her Bachelor of Science degree in mass communication and public relations with minors in business administration and art from Middle Tennessee State University in 2003. She has held positions as an executive administrator at the Center for Nonprofit Management and the Tennessee Wildlife Federation, among others.

The SoBro’s newest a dditions, Navarrete, Eadler and Geers are eager to serve current and future residents of the 32-story, 313-unit high-rise. Equipped with Nashville hospitality and a passion for sales, the trio will round out the on-site management and leasing team.

“We cannot be more excited to have Steve, Kala and Katie on board,” said Cory Owak, property manager at The SoBro. “The growth we’ve experienced since opening in October has been amazing, and I’m positive that they will help us continue on that same trajectory.”
