MP&F Wins Best in Show, Mercury Award, and 25 total awards at PRSA-Nashville Parthenon Awards Ceremony

By MP&F Staff

MP&F AwardsThe 2016 PRSA-Nashville Parthenon Awards took place on Thursday, April 29 and MP&F was once again honored to receive a number of awards, including “Best of Show” for the second year in a row.

The “Best of Show” award went to the Kirkland’s team for its “#Christmasland” Blogger Campaign. The entry received a perfect score – not an easy thing to achieve! The amazing team consisted of Katy Varney, Jennifer Brantley, Megan Willoughby, Danielle Hall, Aleah Heinlein, Evan Galin, Megan McConnell, Laura Huddleston and Angela Argiro.

The coveted “Mercury Award” was presented to MP&F staffer Leigh Lindsey. It was no surprise to us that she won, however, as we get to work with her and experience her passion for what she does every day.

The Nashville Public Education Foundation team alone won eight Parthenon awards and three awards of merit for a total of 11. We congratulate Katy Varney, Katie Coppens, Greg Ellis, Jenny Pickard, Amanda Gambill and Ashley Heyen and are very proud of what this team accomplished.

Altogether, MP&F won 14 Parthenon awards and nine awards of merit, plus the “Best of Show” and “Mercury Award.” Here’s a look at the other winners:

Megan Barry Inauguration: 2 Parthenons; 2 awards of merit

Kirkland’s: 2 Parthenons

BCBST: 1 Parthenon; 3 awards of merit

Job Corps: 1 Parthenon
