Project Scope

In the age of COVID-19, getting out timely and accurate information about senior living communities’ health and safety protocols is paramount. In addition to serving current residents, lead generation and sales remained a major priority for Integral Senior Living and Solstice Senior Living.

Solution

Since we had already developed several mediums for speaking with residents, both current and prospective, MP&F was able to adjust COVID communications and sales messaging to fit each medium. In addition to ongoing communication via owned media, including more than 60 social media pages and websites, we were able to launch digital marketing efforts and leverage earned media in 90-plus local markets and industry publications to let them know when communities across the country had received vaccine doses and were opening up for new residents.

Results

While our work for ISL and SSL began with events management, it has now expanded into agency-of-record status in two years because of customer service and quality of deliverables.

ISL/SSL have also credited our partnership with helping them quickly regain move-ins during COVID-19. Even during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, traffic to SSL’s websites has been up 25% year over year. Prospects have been up 9% year-over-year. Move-ins across the portfolio are a net positive as of March of 2021, a rapid recovery the client credits MP&F with helping to achieve.
