Meet the team
MP&F began in 1987 as a one-person consultancy. Today, we are a team of 70-plus communications and public relations strategists that works with clients large and small from all over the country in a variety of industries, from health care to technology to hospitality and tourism. We help our clients reach the right audiences with the right messages in order to create change and motivate action. But you don’t have to take our word for it—our work speaks for itself.

Culture
Professional Development
Empowering our employees to learn and grow through professional development workshops is why we have one of the most innovative and motivated teams in Nashville.
Community Service
We love Nashville (it’s always been an “it"-city to us!) and take pride in making our great city even better. We are active members of a local boards, committees and volunteer organizations.
Diversity
Diversity and inclusion are two of our guiding principles. We believe our staff, culture and work should reflect the increasingly global environments in which we live, work and play.
Pro Bono
We proudly support the important work of area nonprofit organizations through our pro bono program. Last year alone we did over $300,000 in pro bono work.
Fun
Our motto is “Do Great Work, Have Fun, Make Money.” We believe that, if we are providing our clients with the best service possible and having fun along the way, then we’ll enjoy success. Whether it’s a rolling cocktail cart making its way through our hallways or a staffwide chili cook-off, we make sure that “fun” is part of our days.
Retreat
Doing the best work for our clients begins with taking the best care of our staff. We hold staff retreats twice a year that are filled with team-building activities, professional development sessions, and lots and lots of dancing. Want to join us next year?
