Tennessee MLS Offers Free Diversity Course to 16,000-Plus Users

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (Oct. 19, 2020) – Realtracs, the largest MLS in Tennessee, will cover the cost for its 16,000-plus users to participate in the National Association of REALTORS® At Home with Diversity course, which provides guidance to Realtors on how to work effectively with multicultural clients.

The course offers Realtors new skills and tools to diversify their clientele and engage with new client groups. From fair housing to cultural differences, At Home with Diversity helps agents work constructively with all potential clients. The course focuses on cultural and personal biases, multicultural marketing, and building an inclusive business plan.

Realtracs users can take the course online for free through Dec. 31, 2020. This course carries 6 hours of CE credit.
