Tom Hayden, an account supervisor, has brought to the firm a strong background in media relations, government affairs, coalition development and engagement, event management, message development, and strategic communications.
During his time at MP&F, Tom has led by empowering his teams to think strategically, communicate often, and build and execute on plans that will deliver the best possible results for clients. He has led and worked on teams ranging from Amazon, HomeAway, Consumer Healthcare Products Association and John Templeton Foundation to the Nashville Predators, U.S. Department of Labor’s Job Corps program and the Carroll County Chamber of Commerce, to name a few.
Prior to working at MP&F, Tom served as the deputy campaign manager and director of communications for Nashville Mayor Karl Dean’s successful 2011 re-election campaign and on former U.S. Rep. Lincoln Davis’ staff for eight years as director of communications and legislative assistant.
A Parkman, Ohio, native and graduate of Hiram College, Tom serves on the board of Nashville RBI (Reviving Baseball in Inner Cities) and is a member of the Public Relations Society of America.
