Pam Schmidt originally joined MP&F in 1994 and spent 10 years specializing in event management, news and feature writing, and marketing materials development. After a four-year stint as an affiliate real estate broker with French Christianson Patterson & Associates, she returned to MP&F in 2008 and spent four years with a focus on strategic planning, crisis communications, media relations and event planning. After 14 years of client service, she is now part of MP&F’s administrative team, where her duties include oversight of all human resources functions, managing the company’s professional development program, and recruiting for and screening job candidates. She is a member of PRSA, AMA Nashville and the Society of Human Resource Management.

Pam, a Nashville native, graduated from the University of Tennessee in 1993 with a bachelor’s degree in communications. She also holds a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from the University of South Florida Muma College of Business. When she’s not taking care of her MP&F family, you can find her taking care of her own family of one golf- and hockey-crazed husband, two busy teenage daughters, and one adorable Cavapoo puppy, who loves to join her at the office.
