The solar event of a lifetime came to Nashville, and we at MP&F were lucky enough to have a front-row seat! Our internal “RAA-RAA” Committee planned several surprises to mark this special occasion. Everyone received a special black and white eclipse goody bag Monday morning filled with eclipse safety glasses, glow sticks and “solar snacks,” including Milk Ways, Eclipse gum, Starbursts and Capri Suns. The team then staked out a viewing spot on the lawn of the state Capitol, provided boxed lunches and created the perfect pump-up playlist for when Nashville went dark!
