MP&F earned a national Gold SABRE on behalf of the BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee Health Foundation for the Count It! Lock It! Drop It! campaign, at the recent North American SABRE Awards ceremony in New York City. The three-year campaign won in the Healthcare Providers category. It was MP&F’s third SABRE award in the past seven years. MP&F had a great showing at the awards ceremony this week for the Nashville chapter of the Public Relations Society of America. We won more Parthenons than any other agency, collecting a total of 36 awards (15 Parthenons and 21 awards of merit). Marine Week, the Corps’ largest community outreach event of the year, was held in Nashville, Sept. 7–11. MP&F had the honor and pleasure of working with the Corps on this large-scale project. Marine Week Nashville closes on Sunday, Sept. 11, with the city’s largest 9/11 ceremony to date, a demonstration of Marine Corps aircraft and equipment near the Cumberland River, and the Marines’ joining forces with the Tennessee Titans for the start of the National Football League season.
