Project Scope

Realtracs is the largest multiple listing service (MLS) in Tennessee, with reach in Alabama, Georgia and Kentucky. Realtracs spent 20 years building a successful business focused on the Nashville-area market. When the company was ready to expand into other markets across the Southeast, Realtracs hired MP&F to develop and implement a comprehensive rebranding, including a website, social media, advertising and marketing materials.  

Solution

For the first time in its history, Realtracs would be competing against other MLSs for business. In order to be well-positioned for this in the new markets, MP&F needed to communicate to a new customer base and explain why Realtracs should be their MLS of choice.

Results

Over the last year, Realtracs has seen a significant lift in brand awareness across platforms.  

  • 62% increase in reach and 659% increase in engagement on Facebook 
  • 208% increase in followers and 630% increase in engagement on Instagram 
  • 14% increase in reach and 16% increase in followers on LinkedIn 
  • 350% increase in engagement on Twitter 
  • 46% increase in website users and 50% increase in pageviews 
  • 38% open rate on email marketing campaign (higher than industry average of 21%)  
  • 11,000 landing page views from advertising campaign
