The SoBro, Nashville’s tallest rental apartment building, is now open for pre-leasing and is accepting applications online or at its pre-leasing center located at Fifth Third Center, 424 Church Street, #250, Nashville, TN 37219.
The 32-story, 345-foot-tall, LEED-certified building, developed by award-winning Chicago-based Magellan Development Group and Giarratana Nashville, is set to open in October. It will have 313 apartment units and is the SoBro neighborhood’s first residential rental high-rise.

Magellan Development has hired Cory Owak to be The SoBro’s property manager. Owak will be in charge of The SoBro’s leasing, marketing and management efforts. Owak comes to The SoBro with 12 years of experience at Magellan at the internationally acclaimed Aqua Tower and most recently served as leasing director of the Coast Apartments in Chicago, one of the city’s most prestigious residential properties.
The SoBro is offering exclusive deals to renters. “Currently, there is no move-in fee for those who reserve an apartment prior to the official opening, although prices and specials are always subject to change. We encourage prospects to meet with us now to select their preferred style and view,” Owak said.
The SoBro recently announced City Tap House as the building’s first of three restaurant partners. The craft-beer tavern concept, based in Philadelphia, will occupy space in the building’s first-floor and 10th-floor amenities spaces and will open in January 2017.
Units will range in size from studio to three-bedroom, and will include amenities such as driftwood plank flooring, exposed concrete ceilings and quartz kitchen countertops.
