Tim Nott joined MP&F as VP of Finance in 2025, bringing more than 15 years of international finance and commercial leadership experience across the media, health care and construction sectors.

Originally from the U.K., Tim lived in Sydney, Australia, before relocating to Tennessee with his family and now plays a central role in shaping MP&F’s financial strategy and operational growth. His experience includes leading high-performing finance teams within complex, matrixed organizations, with a focus on business partnering, financial planning and analysis, and data-driven decision-making.

Prior to MP&F, Tim held senior finance roles at Paynter Dixon Construction, International SOS and Fox Networks Group, where he helped drive strategic initiatives around profitability, reporting transformation and internal controls. He began his career at KPMG, working with multinational clients on audit, SOX compliance and advisory services.

Tim is a qualified chartered accountant and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in history from University College London.
