MP&F Public Relations has hired Cole Miracle as the firm’s newest assistant account executive and Viviana Bertorelli, Aya Harasawa and Sara Salisbury as staff associates.
Cole Miracle, a native of Worthington, Ohio, graduated from Miami University in May 2015 with Bachelor of Arts degrees in strategic communications and journalism. Prior to joining MP&F, Miracle worked for Golin, formerly Golin-Harris, in Chicago, as part of the firm’s health care division, and completed internships with Chicago-based Red Frog Events and Capital Crossroads, a Columbus, Ohio-based nonprofit group. His experience includes internal and external communications for brands ranging from health insurance providers to pharmaceutical manufacturers.
Viviana Bertorelli, a native of Caracas, Venezuela, graduated from the University of Central Florida in May 2016 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in advertising and public relations and a minor in multicultural anthropology.
During her time at UCF, Bertorelli completed public relations and communications internships at Greenhouse Agency, Prismatic and Evok Advertising in Orlando. She was also an active member of Kappa Alpha Theta and Ad Club UCF, and spent a semester abroad in Valencia, Spain.
Aya Harasawa, a Nashville native, graduated from the University of Tennessee in May 2016 with a Bachelor of Science degree in communication and information. She most recently served as MP&F’s diversity fellow from June to December 2016 prior to being hired as a staff associate. While at UT, Harasawa gained experience in writing, social media and media relations during her internship with the Metropolitan Drug Coalition. She was also an active member of Delta Zeta sorority, where she served on the executive board as the social and risk management executive.
Sara Salisbury, a native of Charlotte, N.C., graduated cum laude from Vanderbilt University in May 2015 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in communication studies and minors in corporate strategy and sociology. Prior to joining MP&F, Salisbury worked for the law firm Arnall Golden Gregory in Washington, D.C., as a public policy assistant for the firm’s Privacy Practice Group. During her time at Vanderbilt, Salisbury completed internships with the North Carolina Department of Justice in Raleigh, N.C., and the Democratic National Convention Host Committee in Charlotte.
