I’m very proud to report that, for the fourth consecutive year, MP&F has been named a Top Workplace in Middle Tennessee by The Tennessean. What is especially gratifying is that the Top Workplaces list is based on the results of employee surveys.

In speaking about the Top Workplace winners, Doug Claffey, CEO of WorkplaceDynamics, which administers the contest, said, “Time and time again, our research has proven that what’s most important to them [employees] is a strong belief in where the
organization is headed, how it’s going to get there, and the feeling that everyone is in it together.”
