
Michelle Neuhoff Boyd is a Nashville native and a graduate of Loyola University New Orleans. She has both a Bachelor of Arts degree in graphic design and a Master of Business Administration degree from the university, and she was a New Orleans resident for more than 10 years.
Michelle came to MP&F with more than 15 years of experience in marketing. As an expert in integrated operations, she has worked with business from a variety of industries, including travel and tourism, higher education, and health care.
Her career began on the creative side of the business. Out of college, she worked in New York with J. Crew’s visual merchandising team. She then joined Ingram Content Group and primarily created business-to-business marketing materials for print and web.
In 2013, she began working as a graphic designer at the New Orleans digital marketing agency Search Influence. There she discovered her passion for helping designers hone their craft and grow as professionals. She expanded her leadership experience as a member of the agency’s executive team and led team members in a variety of roles, including graphic designers, writers, editors, web developers, quality assurance analysts and SEO strategists.
In her role as director of Creative Operations, Michelle enjoys nurturing both left- and right-brain thinking and is responsible for aligning operational processes with creative excellence.
When she’s not working, she enjoys gardening and hiking with her husband and two boys and their dog, Lucille.
