Jennifer Lanier

Jennifer Lanier is director of Marketing, Data and Analytics at MP&F and has more than 23 years of experience in email and direct marketing, analytics, and project management.

She leads the data and analytics team developing marketing insights and analytics to ensure delivery of trackable, data-driven campaigns. Jennifer is also responsible for keeping our team abreast of industry changes, best practices and new marketing technology solutions.

While she is brought in to advise on numerous accounts, Jennifer’s dedicated clients and campaigns include the U.S. Department of Labor’s Job Corps program, Solstice Senior Living, Four the Future and research for the University of Tennessee System.

Prior to joining MP&F, Jennifer served as a Project Manager at Brand Wise Collective and a Data and Program Implementation Manager at Alcott Marketing Science, supporting national and regional brands such as National HealthCare Corporation, Urgent Team, KinderCare Learning Centers, Twice Daily and Harley-Davidson Financial Services. Earlier in her career, she served as a project manager at Mars Petcare.

Jennifer, a native of Crossville, Tenn., has a bachelor’s degree in finance and holds an MBA from Middle Tennessee State University. She serves as a mentor for tnAchieves, volunteers with Metro Animal Care and Control and Book’em, and worked closely with the social enterprise company Girls to the Moon for several years.
