NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Patrick Inglis, a veteran commercial real estate broker with more than 16 years of experience in the Los Angeles market, has joined Colliers International | Nashville as Senior Vice President of its Office and Multifamily Capital Markets team.
While Mr. Inglis has significant experience in multifamily, retail and development property sales, he has focused on office sales for the majority of his years in the commercial real estate industry, with more than $3.8 billion in closed transactions since 2007. He spent 12 years at JLL in Los Angeles before relocating to Nashville with his family in the summer of 2018. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute, NAIOP and the Chartered Financial Analyst Society.
