The Gulch’s modern Mexican restaurant, Cantina Laredo, will host its quarterly Tequila Dinner on Thursday, Nov. 17, at 7 p.m. Sponsored by Milagro Tequila, this exclusive dinner includes a four-course meal with tequila cocktail pairings for each course.
“The best thing about our quarterly Tequila Dinners is how they bring people together,” said Michael Ryan, general manager. “We take pride in our specialty dishes and cocktails for each dinner, and we can’t wait to share them with our guests.”

The evening will begin with shrimp flautas paired with green apple sangria.
Next, guests can enjoy the Guadalajara soup and Coyote ’Rita.
Guest’s choice between: Baby Chicken en Adobo or Ribeye con Huitlacoche salsa. This course will be paired with the Tengo Calor Margarita.
To top off the meal, enjoy pumpkin ice cream and miel de cana with a coconut margarita to satisfy your sweet tooth.
