Since joining our staff in 2014, Brooke Kelly has assisted MP&F clients with a variety of communication needs including media relations, digital communications, videography, photography, collateral development and event planning. Some of her clients have included Opry Mills, Skanska, the U.S. Department of Labor’s Job Corps program, the National Museum of African American Music and Metro Nashville Waste Services.
Brooke graduated magna cum laude from Jackson State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in mass communications with an emphasis in multimedia journalism and a minor in art. While at JSU, Brooke worked as a staff writer and managing editor of student newspaper The Blue and White Flash.
Prior to joining MP&F, Brooke twice served as an editorial intern for the Jackson Free Press, an alternative newspaper in Jackson, Miss. She also worked as a multimedia reporting intern with the Scripps Howard Foundation Wire in Washington, D.C., reporting from locations including the White House, National Press Club and U.S. Capitol.
Brooke has served as a PR volunteer for Woodcuts Gallery and Framing and a public affairs volunteer for the American Red Cross. She is a member of the Public Relations Society of America and currently serves on the boards of Nashville Cable and The New Beginnings Center.
