MP&F is seeking a persuasive and goal-oriented individual to build and lead the execution of our in-house marketing efforts. The Agency Marketing Manager will work in collaboration with others in the firm, including partners, senior and junior staffers, and outside consultants as needed. This individual will have superior project/program management skills and will use content marketing strategies and other digital-first tactics to tackle marketing on behalf of the agency’s business development efforts.
Responsibilities will include:
• leading the strategy and execution of MP&F’s blog and social media channels;
• updating MP&F’s website, including analyzing performance and optimizing for SEO;
• lead the strategy behind email marketing/outreach efforts;
• conceive and execute media buys;
• develop, execute and promote marketing events;
• identify opportunities for speaking engagements;
• and more.
Qualified candidates will have 8-plus years of marketing or business development experience in a marketing, advertising, PR or integrated communications agency, B2B marketing experience, CRM/ESP experience; a proven track record developing and executing internal and external marketing campaigns and communications strategies that deliver and ROI; excellent oral and written communication skills; and a bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, marketing or related field.
